Return and Refund

At Young Monk, we take pride in offering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary, and we are committed to making the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read the following guidelines to familiarize yourself with our return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

You may return any item within 14 days of purchase if it meets the following criteria:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must have all original tags and labels attached.
  • The item should be free from any signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.

2. Initiation of Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email at listening@youngmonk.store within 14 days of purchase.
  • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address in case you choose to self-ship.

3. Return Shipping:

  • We will arrange for return shipping after request for return is received. 
  • Alternatively, you may also self-ship the item(s) and we shall be refunding you the shipping fees.
  • In case you choose to self-ship, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return. Young Monk will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returned items. Kindly share the shipping receipt along with tracking details at listening@youngmonk.store for receiving the refund.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used during the purchase. For pay on delivery payment method, we will ask you for bank account details/UPI ID/Wallet details for processing the refund.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Alternatively, you may request a discount coupon worth the refund amount which can be redeemed on your next purchase. It will be processed sooner than an account refund.

5. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • Please provide relevant details, including photographs, showing the damage or defect.
  • We will evaluate the issue and make arrangements for a replacement or refund, including any required return shipping.

8. Final Sale Items:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch by writing a cancellation request with order ID to listening@youngmonk.store.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item(s) according to our Return and Refund Policy.
