Also, meaning that you must be at least 18 years old or above. If you are under 18 years, you may use and/or transact on the Store only with the involvement of a parent or a guardian. You must also have a valid email address and a delivery address in India.

5. Ordering:
a. Product Availability: All orders are subject to the availability of the products. In the event that a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.
b. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your purchase but does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
6. Display of products:
a. Although every effort is made to display the color and images of the product as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate depending on its color calibration.
b. All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of items are as accurate as possible.
7. Pricing and Payment:
a. Pricing: The prices displayed in the Online Store include the applicable statutory tax/Goods and Services Tax (GST), but do not include delivery charge. In the checkout view, the total cost for your purchase including delivery charge will be displayed. We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price will remain unchanged. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the Store and not through any other source.
b. Payment: All payments must be made in full and in Indian Rupees at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment gateways.
c. Pay on Delivery: If you want to pay on delivery, please select “Contact us to pay” option as payment method.
8. Shipping and Delivery:
a. Shipping: We offer shipping services to the designated delivery address provided by you during the checkout process. Shipping fees, delivery times, and available shipping methods will vary depending on your location and the products ordered and ongoing discounts/promotions.
b. Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we depend on our delivery partners for same and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. If your order cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, the order shall be returned back to origin. No cost of return will be charged to you. Subsequently, your order amount will be automatically refunded to you in the original form of payment.
c. Import Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to customs regulations.
9. Returns and Refunds:
a. Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the products are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.
b. Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days post approval and credited back to the original payment method or you may request a discount coupon worth the refund amount which can be redeemed on your next purchase. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable duties/taxes are non-refundable.
10. Promotions and Discounts:
We may from time to time offer promotions, discount codes, gifts and other offers. Such offers are valid only for the period specified in connection with such offers and on the terms directly associated with them. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated otherwise in the Store. You need to fill in the discount code for the offer before completing the purchase in order to use the offer.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Website if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Website and Young Monk may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cancel any outstanding orders

The purpose of our blog is to foster understanding, promote inclusivity, and encourage dialogue on various topics related to human’s quest for self-realization. We firmly believe in respecting the religious sentiments and beliefs of individuals from all faiths and backgrounds.

a. All content and materials available on the Store, including product images, text, logos, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of the Store and protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, store or sell any such content or its derivative without our explicit written consent.
b. Young Monk may provide the functionality to allow you to provide product ratings and reviews (“User Content”) in relation to its products. In such a case, you are solely responsible for such User Content, and the customer warrants that any User Content posted by you is accurate and that you are the sole author. You hereby assigns to us all intellectual property rights in any User Content posted on the Online Store. Young Monk reserves the right to remove User Content which in its sole opinion is deemed to be incorrect, offensive, illegal or otherwise unacceptable. Store is not liable for any damage or harm resulting from any reviews posted by users and has no obligation to monitor the same.

17. No Purchase for Resale:

Any attempt by you to assign, transfer or delegate these Terms without our written permission will be null and void. However, Young Monk reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which may have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.

You hereby consent to receiving communications including news, delivery and return related updates, offers/campaign related messages from us to the email address and/or the mobile phone number provided by you.
